oh i really enjoyed my stay there! staff are approacheble. u feel the respect on their guest and the place is clean and nice. location is near in every thing u need! planning to come back there in any holiday or occassion i need to get a place to stay with😊

The location of the property is very accessible. Near to restaurants, groceries, convinience stores, walk-ing distance to the mall

Facilities are not good especially the toilet and the towel is so dirty and smelly. We bought towel, because we can’t use the towel that the hotel provided.

Staff was so good so polite. Publice transportation is so fisible. I suggest if any one visit to dubai (deira) must visit to this hotel

The front desk staff were v kind and helpful. But the room was grimy. Carpet needs replacing. Looked old and dirty. Also room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being non smoking. Decent breakfast.

They claimed as a 4 star, ut doesn't have standard of a 3 star hotel. They don't keep anything up to 4* rating hotel. No hair conditioner, no slippers, no robs to wear etc. Hotel has 4* grade it's all provided. So poor service from the cleaning staff too. The tv was out for 5 days now, till now not ready. Dubai is such place that any services you will get in minutes and solve it within hours time. Why i'm saying it because, i am living in dubai for last 35 + years !

The manager who is duty at night when we came he is not helping us, i booked by mistake for date and time but he couldn't help us and not suggest what we can do. I book and paid 2x spend money and lost it
