Services and location is not good. Do not stay with this hotel rooms are too small and outdated bathroom. Ac was not working in midnight.

Pathetic breakfast pathetic washroom services very bad all in bed good was there staff behaviour but that is useless due to management policies ~for there management only miney is everything.

Stay at majestic city retreat hotel was fabulous. The location of this hotel is best, accessible to public transport, markets, restaurants and supermarkets. Facilities were good, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast spead was nice and decent, though can have more variety. Overall very nice experience, made unforgettable memories on the dubai trip. Would recommend staying at this hotel as it's worth the money spent.

Good staff at reception, housekeeping staff were helpful. Neat rooms and toilets with all amenities and nice views from room.

This property is "old wine with new bottle" 1. Lobby carpets are too shabby, 2. High noise dance bar, next to reception and on 1st floor, dance bar business counter are promoting to enter to bar which is not liked, 3. High volume music is not good if staying with families. 4. At reception 90% staff in non understanding or i- factor is missin6 5. Leonine and pi-lo cover not changed on daily, bathroom are also not clean and drying-by housekeeping departments. 6. Breakfast is fixed alternative days, repitation of menu on every alternate day. Fix menu. 90% of items are fixed daily. 7. Elevators are too time-consuming, 8. The bathing area and commode passing space are too congested. After shower due to the wet floor, there is a chance to fall.

Rooms are small but the hotel is good and looks luxurious. It has metro in a walkable distance and a bus stop is also nearby.

Overall experience was great. Our rooms were good and staff was proactive. The hotel is located in bar dubai where many indian restaurant options are available.

It was a pleasant stay in majestic retreat hotel stayed for 21 days went for a business and pleasure trip to dubai this hotel is best for indian tourists those who want to go shopping at meena bazar it’s a walking distance and the food and services are up to the mark as indian tourists want.

Excellent is what i can say for everything. Breakfast was awesome with indian and inter continental. Choices. It is unlimited with juices. You can order for lunch and dinner. It is costly but worth for money. Mutton rogan rush with jeera rice was my favourite. Meena bazar is in walkable distance. If you would love to roam around and shop (especially perfumes & chocolates) please have meena bazar in your list. Cleaning service is good. They just come and tidy the bed room & bathroom with the sheets and covers daily. Enjoyed the stay and focused on touring.

Some of the staffs at the reception are very insensitive, they have started charging 15 aed for plates and spoon if food ordered from outside.

I stayed in this hotel twice and both time my stay was comfortable. Receptionist kim was very sweet and helpful.
