we paid for double executive king bed with big size room and we got shocked that your pictures not for this hotel room was very average and the hotel definitely not 5 stars i am so disappointed from your description for the hotel

The room was not as described in during the booking. Single dbl bed jnstead of two single beds. No bathtub. Size of the room was too small for 2 pax to accommodate.

Amazing stay and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with smile. Room were spacious and foot was good. Location is near to business hubs and airport.

It was an amazing experience at movenpick grand al bustan. The staffs are friendly and accommodating especially ms. Chaturi and ms. Roan. Keep up the good work! plus, the security is amazing too! we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Its been a good experience for us, we enjoyed the facilities -swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi & steam area. The rooms are very clean and elegant. Also roan & km from the front office are very friendly and they clearly explained everything about the hotel. Breakfast has many selections as well. Sure, we are going to come back

During my room booking it was mentioned night club available. After check in we were informed that no night club available. Front desk already taken screen shot of night club mentioned. We lost our day and very much disappointed.

The room i had booked was not given to me and the coffee cups were dirty. I did not like this because i had booked a room with a bathtub but they gave me a room without a bathtub.

everything is very good only restaurant is little expensive 180 for open buffet is too much like for small family to have lunch it's bit high rest everything is fantastic ❤️
