Excellent administration and polite staff

The stay was excellent with neat and tidy room. Thanks to the administration who were very kind to get my room changed after couple of hours stay due to construction sound from the nearby plot and also support a 18 hour late checkin. The location and the free shuttle service support was incredible.

The stay was good
pros: free water and coffee whole day cons: no indian food joint near by, very limited options for vegitarians in morning breakfast at this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at novotel. Staff is very friendly and rooms services are up to the mark. Hotel has good view of the city. Rooms are a bit small but good for a short stay.

Stay was very good and flawless. The support staff was also very good. Pleasant stay and also very good food including the diverse buffet breakfast. Rooms are also clean and maintained daily. Also its only 15 min from airport and also from downtown. Very convenient.

Comfortable stay. We stayed here 5 nights and everything here was comfortable as home. From the reception to room service everything was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again in my next trip in dubai.

"Inconsistent Room Service

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the metro station. Daily room cleaning by the regular service was good, but we faced challenges getting toothpaste through calls—despite two attempts, it wasn't delivered. Ultimately, we had to purchase it ourselves for 42 AED. We opted to dine outside, exploring diverse foods as tourists. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness is commendable, but our experience with in-room toothpaste service was disappointing.

I booked this hotel because i assumed that i can rest well after a long travel from australia but they gave me poor and pathetic customer customer service. Simple things we have requested, they said they don't provide. And we requested even iron (which is supposed to be in the room automatically, and it takes 3 hours to be delivered. They kept me waiting for so long and ignored my calls and follow-ups. Worst experience with hotel staff i have encountered.

"Amazing in all ways”
Everything was just amazing as always. Special thanks to Frankie and Trevor at the reception for taking care of all our needs. Also for the in room service we order biryani around midnight and they were happy to serve us which was very delicious. Thanks for the amazing staycation we had during Eid Weekend
