Hotel is average in it’s price point. Located in downtown area which is little costly. Room was spacious and had a good view from the window. Food is average and high priced. Drinking water supply is limited to two 500 ml bottle per day any additional 500 ml will cost almost rs 120 / bottle. Also hotel is is not very committed to customer requirement. Wanted to use the gym but could not open it till morning 7 am. Some more minor issues are there which seems irritating when you are spending rs 16000 / day.

Number one suite is decent hotel. The room has attached kitchen with induction only. No washing machine and microwave is available in room. Washrooms are small and room conditions are not so good. The hotel provide decent buffet breakfast for aed 25 each. The main positive for hotel is location. Its located just in front of financial city metro station just one station before dubai mall/burj khalifa metro station. Time hortons, starbucks and many other cafes/ restaurants are located nearby hotel (open24 hours. Many supermarkets are located at walking distance. Its a budget hotel overall with perfect location.

Receipt-ion staff behaviour and restaurant is pathetic. I was on official trip and stayed there for 5 days. On the last day of my trip i checked out early as i had meeting from 8 am onward s. My language was kept in the office. As one of my client has organised inauguration ceremony and puja rituals done prasad was served. I was getting late to reach the airport so in carried the prasad to the hotel. In the hotel lobby day before i had hosted clients with coffee and light snacks. So i just unpacked the prasad and wanted to just have it as carrying it to airport with my luggage would be difficult. The receipt staff mentioned eating is not allowed in lobby and i should go to the restaurant. I stopped eating and carried the prasad to the restaurant on the mezzanine floor. As the enter and explained i hv been your hotel guest just need to finish this prasad where could i be seated. I was treated very terribly. “go out “ you can’t sit here was the restaurant managers words. I lost it i asked him to call receiption as they had sent me. Nothing changed and i had to come to the lobby. The receiption staff refused to connect me to the manager and the manager didn’t decency to we talk to me. She gave me the logic food is not allowed i just requested her to check my bill the last evening i sat in that very seat with my client and had coffee and light snacks. She then said i could have it. It was prasad so i could not throw it but with tears in my eye finished it. Second the first day i entered the room the bathtub water was brown. The house keeping explained the tank was cleared that day and thus the water was dirty, they fixed it

Everything is terrible, the workers at the reception are disrespectful, they constantly call and disturb me, the cleanliness is not good, they do not accept my friend when he comes, i cannot let him in as a guest, if you want to let him in as a guest, they make you pay too much, that is terrible, i did not like it at all and they did not give me a nice room, i asked for a room with a view, when i made the reservation, they gave me a small room with a window. There was no view that wasn't opened

The property is at very good location near metro & at the heart of the downtown business centre difc metro is few steps away and hence very helpful. The room was good, neat & clean. The house keeping was prompt. The property has a pool & sauna which was good. For solo business travellers this is an ideal place to stay
