Extremely functional and convenient hotel. Ideally placed and loved the attention and hospitality. The entire staff is extremely helpful and polite. The coffee counter by the reception area is very cool

Room was good, location is very easy to access, differ buffet was worst, no items, once items are finished they not filling in it, if ask to give some chi-ken or fish grill they not giving as much as we need. Never encourage buffet there in location

The hotel and the stay was beautiful. Only suggestion from my end is to have more variety of indian food in the breakfast.

Professional, clinically efficient hotel experience

Pullman jumeira offers a very professional and efficient hotel experience. We got rooms with great views, and in-room facilities and amenities are top-notch. Only grievance is they need to pull up their check-in process. We had to wait for 40 mins to get our rooms. Location wise, i am not sure if i want to stay in jumeira lake towers again as it's very far from downtown (proximity to dubai marina and atlantis is a plus.

Located in the heart of jolt dubai the hotel provides a complete package to a traveller visiting dubai. It being near to the vicinity of jumeirah lake towers also gives a comfort of home stay since in its surroundings are residential apartments and also multiple food options. Metro is just 2 minutes walk and hall a taxi stand down the corner. Blue-water is just 10 minutes from the place. A complete stay for a couple, family. Fantastic experience

Prime location and near metro station and dubai marina
Location is extremely good as it is just next to metro station sob-ha realty, dubai marina and jbr are a small tram trip away and a lil walk that won’t harm. Plus near by it’s time horton grab a drink and the walk will be a breeze
Lobby was cramped a bit, and so were the rooms. Food was good and location was excellent if you plan to use a metro

Fab location, poor service

The gym, italian restaurant and the rooms were good. The toilet not upto accor standards. Room dining vegetarian menu was very limited and staff did not know the menu or the availability. One of the reception staff was very rude and lied about instructions given. At the breakfast venue also, better customer service required.

Everything was spic k n span, organized and sanitized. Awesome stay, prime location near dubai marina, service excellent, the manager at reception niraj was very good to take care of our comfort.

Breakfast had very nice And good spread with very friendly staff providing all the help. The rooms are spacious, clean And with all facilities. Only minor issue was no body lotion was made available on many days.
