The property location is best for business trip or tourist. Breakfast is also good. The size of suite is really big and properly arranged. Old but good quality furniture. Cleanliness maintained very well

No cleanliness at all, the stay was the worse, we found a used condom under the table and had to call and they changed the room but still the second room had flies in the bed then we checked the third room and even if we didn’t want to stay we had no choice because it was late and we were tired. Parking was not convenient also

Terrible for single person to stay

They are not allowing my guests to meet me inside my room, single person always stay in hotel for business purposes, people should come and meet, they are not allowing and even they don't have personal room for business meetings.

Not good hotel at all for this price. Washroom problem. Service not good. After asking them they din’t provide washroom slippers also. There was sanitary problem too. Room was so dirty. Sofas was not clean. I have asked to change the room.

Rate is moderate and hospitality is not good. It doesn’t suite for family. Very old hotel. Not maintaining properly.

Appreciate the services rendered by the staff is worth mentioning. They were very friendly and immediate attending to any complaints made me very comfortable there particularly the services and courtesy extend by mr. Tasleem is commendable

The worst hotel receptionist mr. Arif

Dear management, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by mr. Arif, the hotel receptionist. He is by far the worst receptionist i have ever encountered. Not only is he incredibly greedy, but he also lacks basic communication skills. I am baffled as to how he was even hired in the first place. During my stay at your hotel, mr. Arif made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. He was rude and unprofessional in his interactions with me. It is clear that he does not know how to properly communicate with guests. I am shocked that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a position of dealing with guests on a daily basis. I would strongly recommend that you consider replacing mr. Arif with someone more competent and capable, such as mr. Hay-at and taslim. They were the only staff members who knew how to properly treat guests and make them feel welcome. Their professionalism and courtesy were a stark contrast to mr. Arif's behavior. I hope that you take my feedback into consideration and address the issue of mr. Arif's incompetence. As a guest, i expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, mr. Arif failed to deliver on that front. Sincerely, [your name]

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative. My husband stays in this hotel whenever he visit dubai
