The place is clean and quiet. The pool is smaller than expected, but it still has a view of burj khalifa and a special touch on the jacuzzi. All gym equipment is clean and new. We booked two rooms, and both rooms were spotless upon arrival. Some items like sleepers, lotions, conditioners, and oral care kits have to be requested from housekeeping which they have given promptly. The buffet breakfast was okay, some items on the menu would take more than 5 minutes to replenish even though few people eating during our time. Overall, the stay was worth the price. Special thanks to the front desk especially romeo, for accommodating my birthday greeting request.

Urban al kooory hotel in dubai is wary cheitting to me i made the booking with full payment. I was asked for security deposit at the time of checking and i gave it to them. They took that amount from me at the time of check out. This is a i don't think it is the right course of action.

My review of the hotel is wonderful, even more than wonderful, as it has a swimming pool and the Burj Khalifa towering beyond imagination, and the room space is large and sufficient for more than four people. I liked the place very much.
