The hotel was good and near to metro station. Breakfast was good. Bathtub was mentioned but you will get that room only as per availability. As per all other services and price it should be considered as a 3 star hotel. Seems incorrect to pay additional tourism fee for 4 star grade.

We had an amazing stay in versailles, dubai. This property is near al rigga metro station, which was very helpful for reaching different tourist attractions. The property was very clean and neat, and maintained its cleanliness during our 5-day trip. Highly recommended to others.

It was a good stay, with average breakfast and very weirdly allocated swimming pool timing of 9am to 6pm only such that no guest would ever be able to use it.

Good stay, nice staff. Old building, so expect out dated furnitures and amenities. Parking is a problem, busy area.

The versailles dubai - from raviz to vi-eras management

Since 2022, more than 15 times ( more or less 100 nights) i have been stayed here in versailles, now management has been changed from raviz to vi-eras, and new management doing really poor quality of room service and there are big shortage of staff, especially in room service and that really reflect the difference between the management, i am damn sure, if they are continue this way, could lead to lose the 4 star category by dubai tourism department! !

I stayed at this hotel for 12-days, during my stay i have been using varies amenities in the hotel the and the service is good particularly at the reception, and the staff looks friendly and the location is good with access to varies activities, the access to metro is good and i recommend this hotel for any one

Arrived at hotel but room was not ready to check-in on time got late by an hour, room is average. After first day of stay, room was not cleaned on our instructions. Ordered food from restaurant, it was good. Need at least oven to heat food.

It's conveniently located hotel, walking distance to metro and bunch of restaurants serving different cuisines. The hotel and room are neatly maintained. Housekeeping staff and reception staff are courteous and helpful. Will stay again.

It was nice experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathtub was there. Breakfast had so many varieties. Al rigga metro station is on walkable distance.

Got there a little over 4pm. The room took another 30mins to be ready (requested a non-smoking room. The room itself was clean and big for it's price. Other than the delay, everything was fantastic.

Nice comfortable hotel with good service. Only issue is with the tap water in washroom which is always hot. Try to get rooms on lower floor to reduce the hotness. Otherwise located in middle of 2 metro stations with stores and restaurants nearby making it a good location to stay

Hotel was good. Everything was good. The thing was ice buckets. They were giving the ice in the buckets.
