We went for this Zain International Hotel cause it was in our budget & Union was very well connected with rest of Dubai by all metro lines and buses.Metro and bus stop both were walking distance from our Zain International Hotel. It also had a small mall, fast food joints and good dinning places across the street. We were out all day having fun so haven't really used any Zain International Hotels's amenities or services but It has a night club on the ground floor which made it noisy and smelly but just the lobby. If you do go for this Zain International Hotel request for higher floor room.
The bathroom was very compact not very convenient.

Hotel's driver HASAN is very good and trustworthy.
We stayed for 4 days and quite happy with my children. Hotel is prime located and enough cordial. Vehicles of the Zain International Hotel is up-to the mark particularly driver hasan's service is appreciable and trustworthy. Hotel room service should be upgraded particularly for Indians otherwise very economic and convenient for Indians.
