Outstanding hotel! the rooms are clean, cozy and well - equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always with a warm smile. The food in the restaurant is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Location is great too. Highly recommended!

Location wise it’s good but in the room it’s really old and bathroom fittings are awful especially bathtub is broken. Really bad experience

My fiancee and friends checked in to this hotel, had breakfast the next morning. Room service was superb and food was amazing especially the customer service. I would like to commend and say thank you to amro of the breakfast team for the hospitality and for his help. Manhal k.

The hotel is located very close to the umbrella beach and has many restaurants and hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. All the staff very decent and supportive. But in bathrooms we suggest to keep slippers, mop and a doormat outside, as standing water on the floor caused a lot of inconvenience to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience to stay in v hotel in fujairah.

Excellent location. We as a family took the 3BR suite with sea view. The view was beautiful witnessing the sunrise. Ample space in the rooms - for the price. WiFi was not strong enough though for the entire suite - it kept cutting off. One of the rooms had weak ac. The TVs were working satisfactorily only in some rooms. The breakfast was good 👍🏼.

No own parking lot not even security or cctv beside the open parking

Worst day of my life. The hotel it self is ok but the parking is like a nightmare i park my car beside the hotel since that is the only parking they have. Its ok if you dont own a parking lot but at-least provide a security or even a camera to protect the guest vihicle. The day i check out from the hotel i notice my car tire has been played and removed some stickers and had a scarch on it. Very bad experience

Anyway there’s nothing wrong with the amenities. The problem is the room. The fridge is not working, the tv is so blurry. Not so good quality tv. Wifi is so slow, the room is not so clean specially the toilet,

The booking was confirmed 10 days ago. However, one day prior to the scheduled stay, the hotel team contacted us to inform that the booking had not yet been confirmed. We made several attempts to contact in order to obtain the booking confirmation, but your team only provided a response stating that their team would call back within 6 hours. Unfortunately, no one contacted me again as promised. The process has been frustrating as there has been no action taken despite my repeated calls. My check-in was scheduled for 2pm on april 10th, but i have not received any confirmation or call from the team. As a result, my family and i have been waiting at the hotel since 2pm, but we have not been allowed to check in due to your negligence. After numerous follow-ups, we were finally allowed to check in at 5pm, only to find that the room we booked and paid for was not available. This experience has greatly disappointed and ruined my vacation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of negligence and carelessness displayed by team.
