    Terrible stay

    From the word go it was terrible. They wanted me to pay for cancel-led booking. No house keeping. No breakfast, lunch, dinner available. Hot water kettle filled with dirty water so unclean, basin in bathroom did not have mixer, separate hot and cold taps. Dingy feeling.

    It was nice small hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was neat and clean. They used to change the sheet, towels daily basis

    The hotel is a nice and clean hotel. It has a good bar. However, no market nearby but lots of buses and taxis are available. Hotel is safe. It was around 2 km from my work destination.

    Nice hotel room with pub attached, peaceful locality, not far from coach station or new street station, bull ring shopping complex is 10 min walk. Consider it based on value.
