OK Stay - Great location for Olympia
It was the first night the hotel and bar had reopened after a full renovation and so this review might not be exactly how the hotel would be moving forward.
The twin room we had was adequate but as it fronted on to the main road it was noisy in the night, London is a busy city and being only 2 floors up wasn't ideal. There was no coat hangers or Iron in the room when we checked in but this was resolved.
The bathroom is tiny but you can get yourself sorted in their OK, Nespresso machine in the room and fresh bottled water which was great. Comfy beds and secure enough.
Breakfast was the stand out for me, the options and quality of the food was brilliant. The girl serving was by far and away the best member of staff we interacted with.
Food in the evening wasn't amazing and service was average but they had only just reopened and it was busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The place with character. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Fridge with water and beer plus coffee maker were a positive surprise. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast included in the price. The place was shutting down for refurbishment and it seemed to need some renovation work. However, it had positive vibes, interesting interior design and was conveniently located. I will want to come back to see it after refurbishment.
Convenient location and decent accomodation with plenty of room facilities and provisions but the bathroom and the toilet were a big let down to the point that the toilet was almost unusable due to how it's positioned. Breakfast was nice and the service was full of smiles but the design of the room requires a serious rethink along with the overall condition even though it's a period property.

Lovely family room but slightly spoiled by lack of curtains/blinds in room. No wifi either until our 2nd morning despite us mentioning lack of WiFi to a member of staff who said ‘it’s working for me’. Room was very hot but provider with fans as no air con.
Great host, great location
Expertly hosted by Jaz who made the whole experience of staying here a memorable one. Room large and comfortable and breakfast excellent. Hotel due a refurb soon which it needs but even in its current state of repair I would still visit again.
georgia.familyJun 08, 2024 This is a quaint, comfortable hotel in a very convenient but quiet location. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful, and delightful to talk to. There isn't an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up stairs, but for us it wasn't bad. It was a bit hot in the upstairs rooms but they provided extra fans that helped cool things down. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they had great beer with a nice atmosphere. It was quite convenient for both the bus and the tube. Traveling on public transportation in London is super easy, convenient, and economical. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
The service was great..had a lovely breakfast and a nice comfortable sleep.
It was a lovely touch with the coffee machine and mini fridge with a free beer.
But please change or clean that awful chair in the room. It looks like someone has met their end on it!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother, evening meal and breakfast were both very nice and in lovely surroundings. Excellent location for what we wanted and at a good price

Fabulous place to stay in London
This B&B is amazing. A historic 1880 home turned into a hotel with a fabulous breakfast and restaurant. The staff is amazing, Jack, Alicia, the cook from Italy, we can't wait to go again.

I omitted to check whether there was a lift and our case was heavy our room was changed from the top floor to the floor below. There are a lot of stairs. We enjoyed our stay there staff very nice. Breakfast choice good

Rooms good, but missing bed side lamp. TV not working, had to change room.
