    Old hotel and need refurbish

    The hotel needs refurbish, the carpet on the alley was so dirty with a lot of stain, one of the lift didn’t works. And i got room on the basement which make me felt cramp because all you can see just walls. Besides the location, nothing plus i found in this hotel.

    Very nice hotel in cricklewood. I stayed for 2 nights, room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Good value for money. The only con was my room was facing the busy road, so traffic noise bothered my partner who is a light sleeper, would request for a room not facing the road next time.

    Hotel crown is a decent property, with all facilities and rooms are huge, but the problem lying in the bed, size of the beds are queen size in a double bedded room.

    I was here on a family vacation and though the hotel is a little far from the centre but it’s a comfortable hotel and staff is very helpful to your needs
