Very great experience i had in holiday inn. The hotel is located very near to the airport which is very convenient. The staff took proper care from check in till check out. I would surely come back again with my family. Love the hospitality.

Excellent. Walking distance from t4 heathrow. Easy to locate. Bus, tube and elizabeth line runs connecting to other terminals
For early morning flights the location is very good. The location is very good and the rooms are good. Only if there was more breakfast option then it would have been perfect
Everything is fine smooth checkin and check out. Room was clean and tidy. Thanks amina (reception) for quick check in. The only drawback when i asked for a plate they told that come down and take your own and when i came down they don't know who picked the call this need to fixed.

The best part was hotel was exactly 3 min walking from the airport and all the facilities and staff was very nice and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay there. Thanks but i don’t have any images

Breakfast was a disaster n very bad service at the restaurant. No halal no kosher only pork was available at every corner. I asked for an omelette they reduced to make one. Onky croissant n rea with cereals

Rooms were small bed occupied maximum room
for single person single bed is better rather than attaching two beds where there is gap in between rest bathroom clean fresh towels, wardroab place tea station lifts etc were very good overall comfortable stay

The hotel and the room were good. The location was great too. The food options were limited though. The hotel should've offered complimentary water bottles

The rooms were excellent, well connected as we could take the elizabeth line to central london easily, didnt have to bother about luggage as well since it had direct connectivity to the terminal

The stay was very comfortable
connection from the airport is also great as it helps with luggage the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great too. However, vegetarian options are very low. Only 2 to 3 dishes. I would recommend having more vegetarian options in the restaurant as well as breakfast
