    Excellent location if you are planning to stay around central london. Check in was breeze. Good room service and we would get daily refills for nespresso capsules

    A beautifully located hotel ! excellent public transport to anywhere. Rooms are good. Housekeeping needs to improve. Casual approach. Special compliments to the engineering person with a beard a specs. Super efficient. I will definitely be back.

    Room service was way slow. Room sizes are small. Bathroom are not well designed. Reception staff is warm and very helpfull.

    The hotel is right next to the Victoria Station which makes it very convenient to commute. The hotel staff are very friendly and the guys at the concierge desk are very helpful as well.
