We enjoyed our stay. I was worried because other reviews mentioned how the surrounding environment made them feel unsafe, but i had no issues. The hotel lobby's front door stays locked 24/7 and you need a key to access it. Breakfast was good and the hotel was impeccably clean.

Will be staying again !

The receptionist just watched as a half dozen tweens came into the lobby from the street and stole chips and sodas. They were a nuisance and she didn't seem to care. This happened two nights in a row.

Great location for shops like TJ MAXX, marshalls, old navy, movie theater etc and 5-10 min walk to dinning options like totto ramen, olive garden, crumbl etc. seems like they just renovated! Room was excellent and very clean! Breakfast was ur average options but was very good! Felt super safe no homeless people around during our time! Staff were friendly! Would definitely stay here again! The best hilton/hotels ive stayed! Do not hesitate to book!

We arrived before check in time but were able to get into our room as the housekeeping department had been expedient in getting rooms cleaned allowing us to put our luggage in the room and settle in ahead of time. The young lady at the front desk was also very proficient in processing our check in and explaining the benefits available to us during our stay. And we found our room to be very spacious for the three of us. The sofabed was one of the most comfortable on which I've ever slept.

What we liked.. staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance, the breakfast options were fine, coffee and tea always available. We brought 2 dogs and there was ample outdoor area to take them out. What we didn't like.. the walls are fairly thin, lots of noise, the heating system was noisy and made it hard to sleep. Parking was across the street which made it difficult to load and unload. All in all, our stay was fine, we would probably stay again.

This particular stay was set up for us so last minute by the staff! Everyone was so accommodating to our big group, we have nothing but thanks to give.

25$ parking is a bit ridiculous. But otherwise good stay.

I wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid. It was a pretty average stay. Our room was mostly clean, but had stuff on the carpet. I don’t want them thinking it was me that left melted chocolate (or something!) on the floor. That gave me anxiety the whole time. For $300 per night, I also shouldn’t have 6 weeks of dust on my mini-fridge and a broken USB port. It’s near cool shops and restaurants (Japanese bbq!), and they have ice machines. The bed was incredibly comfy. The neighborhood is LOUD during the day. Be aware this hotel does tour groups (a particularly rude one when we were there—different societal norms, I think). Breakfast was “meh” because the tour group wiped out all pastries, omelets, and OJ. Half the tour bus was in-line to make waffles, so that wasn’t an option either. I got to half a sausage link and a slice of toast. Better than nothing, but barely. Overall, I don’t think it was worth $600 for 2 nights. I’d have been okay if it was $400, but $600 was too much for the experience we had. You can’t use your own Roku. This is probably the biggest deal breaker for me. Even the Mandarin Oriental let us hookup our own device recently! I understand Hilton thinks what they offer built-in to the tv is good enough, but it’s not.

I was pretty happy with this room. Full size fridge, dishwasher, nice furniture and close to having a kitchen minus oven.

Very cozy, clean place. Good service and nice breakfast!

The hotel was very nice and centrally located close to everything. The only downside is you had to pay to park and the lot was across the street!!
