Had a great stay. My only complaints were: the coffee pot in the room was in bad shape and the bathroom sink had drain issues.
stay here often while traveling, staff is friendly, helpful. They are pet friendly and all rooms have a kitchen and they also have a good selection of rooms - suites , 1 bedrooms etc and rooms are spacious. i highly recommend this hotel
I really enjoyed my stay, the cleanliness and it's down the street from shops and restaurants.
haydee.familySep 27, 2024 I wish to greatly thank Yolanda Coronado, General Manager, for resolving with enormous grace and humanity a major snafu with Denny´s next door, which provided expired dining coupons to hotel guests then refused to honor them, on top of a heap of other Denny´s fiascos. Ms. Coronado provided a level of understanding and kindness that guarantee we will return to and recommend Candlewood Suites.

Nice hotel, nice staff, close to restaurants in a cute quirky town. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Given that it is about 100d outside, we were not too happy. When we complained, they comped us a free night. So VERY responsive and accommodating.

kimberly.familyJul 27, 2024 Overall the stay was good. The 2 things that I didn't know was how hard the beds were and the fact that there's a $30 incidentals fee tacked on. I was not aware of it. I hope to get reimbursed for that. The beds were really stiff and uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep. The pool was nice, we had it to ourselves. No continental breakfast. But overalls friendly, helpful.
Very nice. Appreciated the full size fridge with ice maker. Also the kitchenette with all we needed.
During our (4 adults, 2 pugs) one night stay in Roswell, we stayed here mostly because it was pet friendly and offered two queen beds vs. Two double beds like other hotels. The beds were very uncomfortable and left us all too tired and painful to complete our activities the next day. Our room was also very warm even though we had the thermostat at 60°. The hotel and room were very clean and staff were very nice. The pet area was conveniently located in the back but offered little to no grass (pea gravel) so we walked across the street to a neighboring hotel to use their pet area. It was also much cleaner.

susan.friendsJul 06, 2024 This was a pretty nice property, off the road a bit so it was very quiet. Very clean, had a kitchenette, and also the front desk lady was helpful. Stayed here for a business trip to Roswell and then a tourist trip to Carlsbad.
