    We had a very nice and comfortable stay at hyatt place chicago river north. The hotel was clean with a good location, the staff was cordial, the breakfast had a good spread. Overall it was a very good experience

    No water even in fridge, breakfast was terrible on paper plates with horrible food

    Old and tired furniture and loud aircon, no water in fridge and horrible breakfast on paper plates with terrible food. One of the worst hotels i have stayed in.

    The location is very nice. It was just 15-20 minutes walk to millennium park, navy pier, hancock tower. The breakfast provided was very good. Rooms are comfortable and beautiful. It was a cozy place to stay in.
