Amazing location and facilities provided were fine. There is parking nearby but quite expensive.

A bad experience

The hotel was very old. We stayed over there for 3 nights and the room was not even cleaned for a single day even after requesting twice. There was no concierge.

It was a great experience, lake is 5 minutes walk, chicago 360 is 2 minutes walk, so the location is excellent. Even room service was great

Terrible Stay

I was charged incidental fees of 300 dollars which was not mentioned in hotel rules on make my trip while booking this hotel so i wish to complain about it

This hotel is located a jump away from Michigan avenue. Has tonnes of food options nearby. Does have a couple of restaurants of it's own for people who don't want to leave the facility. Perfect for a short stay.
