Property was well kept, staff very helpful had an issue with fire alarm but was resolved within five minutes of making them aware of the issue! If you want it to be a little quieter ask for the rooms in the back the train noise will be less noticeable but all in all it was a pleasant stay.
Reservation was booked, stayed & parked vehicle without any worries.

Overall normal motel/hotel in the Flagstaff area. One bar of soap and 2 toilet paper rolls for a week, with the mention that in order to get anything more, you had to mention it 24hrs in advance...
It was great but I wish if they leave me some shampoo and soap maybe they forget, but I will still give them five star good hotel👍
The place looked like an old motel that had been renovated minimally. Poor psint job in thevroom. The jetted tub being out in the open room and the children having to walk past it get to the bathroom meant it was not usable.
Overall, it was good for a family stay in a presidential suite. It had kitchen, 2 rooms and a living room. It was clean and comfortable!

Nice room! K cup coffee! Mini refrigerator and small microwave. They do not clean room for stay overs, I love the privacy.

Great Value, But Set Your Expectations Accordingly
We booked a room with three beds (one king, two queens) at a very reasonable rate compared to other options in the Flagstaff area. This is a motel, not a hotel, so adjust your expectations accordingly. The rooms were recently updated, which was a nice touch, but it does feel like they missed a few basic details. There wasn’t a good place to hang towels after showering, and there were too few hangers for our clothes.
Despite these small issues, the beds were comfortable, and it served us well for our one-night stay. Location is another plus—it’s close to downtown and other areas easily accessible from Flagstaff, and even though it’s off a major road, we didn’t hear any road noise, making for a quiet stay.
One area for improvement: the sheets and pillowcases had some stains, so the housekeeping staff needs to pay closer attention to linen cleanliness. Overall, this is a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay if you’re just passing through.
It’s a very nice property- clean and in good condition. The suites with sitting areas and jacuzzi tub was really nice at a nice price.
Good location close to the downtown area.
Only complaint would be inconsistent and weak wifi. TV didn’t always work because of it.
