I had a wonderful stay with my dad it was speedy check in after a long Thanksgiving day. I love the coffee selection in the room. And the rooms look newly updated. They had all the things for a comfortable stay while traveling

Nice place / not thrilled with other guests
Here's the deal - the place is nicely done up, clean, comfortable. The only problem is with other guests who you can't really blame the site for. That said, if you aren't sold out, which they weren't - there were plenty of empty spots in the parking lot and many dark rooms, then you could enhance the guest experience, especially downstairs guests, by not putting people in rooms UNDER other people unless you have to. The person upstairs was noisy at all hours, the floors creeked tremendously and we could hear everything they did at 2-3am when normal people sleep, they were training elephants or something equally noisy. It's an old hotel that's been done up nicely but the paper thin roof/floor is a problem when you have guests who don't actually stay there to sleep.
Good recent refurb but not quite finished! A few niggling points on finish and power outlets on desk not hooked up, otherwise good stay.

They moved us to another room and when we opened the door the t.v. was on, lights were on and the bed was not made, looked occupied. Then moved to a third room, there were flies in the room and there was poop remnants in the toilet. The motel is old and run down. Most rooms are under construction/empty. The area does not look safe and almost all buildings in the area are closed/not occupied. Will not stay again. Were not even offered a credit for the inconveniences of moving rooms three times or the problems with the rooms. Front desk looked like didn't care!

It was hard to rest and nothing was being done by management. Overall it was a terrible experience as none of us were able to rest.
gabriel.partnerOct 28, 2024 I did not like people being loud outside my room playing guitar and people in the parking lot playing loud music till 5:30 in the morning. Called front desk 8 times till they answered and did nothing about the noise complaint.
Great place if on a budget trip..the breakfast was nice.
It's a simple establishment. Basic, but when I saw that they not only have cameras to monitor the parking area, they also actively check any unknown people on the premises. At all hours. I saw in action.
