    Is okay, not that great. Room service is too slow. Rooms are way too small as compared to how they look in photos. Just a good location

    Although the location and the facilities at the hotel were pretty good, the service was not upto the mark. There was no drinking water for more than 30hours. The reception staff was polite but unhelpful.

    We found very comfortable as near to all transport/transfers. We could move many interesting places like times square without any transport.

    The hotel is neat and clean location is perfect one block from macys, 10 mins walk to times square, 5 mins walk to pen n station. Front desk and housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly

    amazing rooms, Had taken the suite room which had great view and very spacious for the price paid location was amazing near to subway, restaurants, walking distance to time square mack's etc, special mention to housekeeping staff amazing work for redoing the rooms every day and keeping it warm the way we like it Only thing I felt was steep was their facility fee of USD 20 dollar per night. I guess that could be lowered Rest I would easily recommend this Hotel for New York.
