Good 4* property to stay in sfo, staff was very good, especially patty at concierge desk rooms are ok and spacious except the bathrooms which are one of the smallest seen anywhere. Room service is ok

The hotel is located in union square, which was once a great location - sadly, not anymore. The surrounding streets are all really squalid, dirty, unkempt and seem even quite unsafe. Definitely not worth walking to the hotel after dark, from any direction! i stayed in tower 3, and my room was a good 3 min walk from the elevator. Toiletries were missing in the room the restaurant for breakfast is expensive (usd 46 plus 15% gratuity + taxes per person, and the service ushering you in is really bad - if not rude overall, a disappointing stay - i would probably think again about staying here.

Great location at union square, you can walk to nearby attractions, restaurants. Also big bus tour stop is just next to hotel so very convenient. Will surely come back to hilt-on whenever i am in sf o again.

Great location, lots of good indian restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small grocery store for basic items in the lobby itself, which is very convenient.

Really bad rooms architecture and location

The toilet is almost in front of washbasin your room window is facing the parking lot (yes multistory you can park car and see inside). Not near to 5-star hotel room.

This hotel is in the best location for Indian food lovers, for shopping and for tourist. All the things is near by. No need to take taxi for anything.

Right in the center of the City, vibrant place. Superb staff and rooms. Rooms have an amazing view of the City. Area Around could be slightly unsafe at night so exercise precaution.

Have a wonderful stay in a spacious room and hotel in the heart of the City. Excellent staff and service. Also the hotel had lot of space for storing luggage and the check in and check out process was express.

The hotel is nicely located in union square and very close the all happening places in SFO
Great room and very nice hotel with in house coffee shop and small market store.
