Despite my complaints I liked my stay
I stayed two nights and room was ready when I arrived, but was not serviced while I was there. Trash piled up and towels needed changing. I did like the staff that worked there. I missed breakfast one day because I got down there close to 9:40 and they had run out of food.TV was good, beds and sheets were comfortable. Love the layout of the first floor and that dogs were welcome everywhere. That was a big plus!
Our stay was great, overall a great hotel. However, when checking in I asked for late check out. I was not told about a late check out fee. The next morning staff called me very rude, and asked if I was almost leaving because I was supposed to check out at 11. Very disappointed with her attitude, and demeanor.
good overall but sink water took forever to get hot water.
Dry clean and all the amenities you could wish for 👍.
They used old used HVAC units in the rooms that protrude from the wall and sound like a car engine is turning on next to your bed. That alone will keep me from ever staying here again. Impossible to have a decent nights sleep with that right next to you. I can’t believe a new hotel would use old run down units. Feels like you’re in a cheap motel, even though everything else is new.
The property was clean and neat. Easy access to the highway

alicia.familyNov 08, 2024 The property was beautiful and we had a great stay. Friendly helpful staff. Property was clean and in great condition. Great amenities. Safe and quiet. The only complaint was the pillows on the bed. They were horribly uncomfortable.
This has become our favorite hotel when we are staying in the central coast area. Very nice property, close to everywhere. Very nice and professional staff. Comfortable. Nice gym. I can’t think of a downside to our stay.

Excellent no complaints from us.
The property was noisy. We could hear the guests from the adjacent room and outside. We attempted to drown out their voices with the room A/C , but the fan motor was very loud. We notified the desk clerk during check out
Great Hotel overall! Not convenient for getting food
Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pillow was too flat and the heater unit made noises during the night when it was turned off. There was a low hum possibly from other room units. Not sure where the noise came from. In the future, I’ll bring my pillow and ear plugs.

Convenient location, great check in service and clean room.
We liked the bed so much that we’re looking into getting one for our house!
