Very clean property and large, clean room. Very happy with our choice - especially the price!
The staff was excellent! everyone was very helpful, all smiles and engaging. Room was big, clean and super comfy bed. Food and casino were so pleasant. will definitely stay again when around this area. Oh and for the price it was an amazing deal!
I have stayed here several times and its always a great stay.
The attitude of the front desk staff Selina is extremely bad! We asked her “ is there hair dryer in the room?”. She answered “I don’t know”. Then we asked can she ask someone else if she doesn’t know. She threatened us that if we give her attitude, she would call the security.
Parts were a bit run down. Dogs barking in the rooms nearby. No table games.
Home base for Pyramid Lake
I used Western Village as homebase for a fishing trip to Pyramid Lake. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, price, and location to make it easy to get onto Pyramid Way. I would definitely stay there again!

elizabeth.partnerDec 06, 2024 Our room was clean and pleasant. It smelled ever so slightly funky, but considering it was a pet room, that's probably par for the course. The provided dog water and food dishes and tennis ball were charming.
The surroundings were somewhat noisy. We could occasionally hear dogs barking, people walking around overhead, cars chirping in the parking lot, door slamming, etc.
We appreciated the pet relief area, but it was kind of gross. A little grass would be greatly appreciated.

Nice lake view property. I travel to Reno area a few times a year and this place is the best bang for your buck. Not a bunch of frills, but always clean and friendly.

Great place the hotel and casino are separate. You have to walk across the parking lot about 50 feet. There’s a nice lake behind the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. They have an excellent Steak House at the casino, and a few other restaurants that are really good. The casino stays packed it seems to be a popular spot. I would stay here again and for sure go to the steak house.
Great room for a great price.
