cristine.partnerDec 06, 2024 The property itself was well maintained. The property staff was nice, front desk was just ok. The room needed some cleaning, there was a booger on the wall and I have pics to proved it, carpet was not clean and a stoppage in the bathroom sink. I did not report any of this to the front desk. Sunday morning there was very little hot water, the grounds keeper was aware as he knocked on the door to ask about it.
Nice price, but the room smelled musty and the bathroom was dated and small.
I will not stay again at this property.
Nice enuf place in Williamsburg.

The property is cute but I had to clean my own bathroom because it was filthy. The shower floor was molded. The repairs had been done hastily. There is no where in the bathroom to put your things. The toilet paper holder came off the wall when I used it and the shower faucets were loose in the wall and broken. Since I only slept and showered there it was fine, but not worth the price. Disappointed. Did not match what is on the website.
Great property. Very clean and the staff was great.
The rooms are motel-style which is convenient for parking and loading luggage. Room was clean and sufficient.
william.partnerOct 15, 2024 I didn't like that you get no in room service at all, hot water take 5 minutes to get upstairs to the faucets, filter in the furnace was caked with dust ad.nd dirt, the toilet seat was broke . When I arrived they tried to give me a room that was not the villa i paid for that was supposed to have a jacuzzi and a fireplace. My first experience time i arrived was terrible.

However, we got sucked into what was supposed to be an hour presentation about a time share that turned into 4 hours. We had one day of vacation here and it was ruined because of this. Don’t fall for it!

Definitely a place to stay
Our stay was amazing. We stopped by to see if they could give us recommendations on where to eat before checking in and they said our room was ready so we could check in early. They also gave us a booklet and some recommendations on where to go. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Ive stayed in a few of the hotels in the area since my daughter attends W&M and I have to admit, this was the best one! We loved staying in the cabin like rooms. The first thing I noticed was how clean and wonderful the room smelled. We like the convenience of the location and the amenities included. Check in/out was easy, and the bed was comfortable.The bathroom was a bit small, and the only thing I would change would be to have screens in the windows, but I will definitely stay here again.
Room had a musty smell. Staff was friendly. Bedding was clean.
This hotel was fairly close to William and Mary, which is why I booked it. It is clean and looks nice. However, the air conditioning unit made a horrible noise every two minutes. It kept me tossing and turning all night. When I called to complain I realized the phone does not work at all, no dial tone. There is no regular housekeeping. Nobody to make the beds and take away your garbage and dirty towels. I was not told this at check in. When I returned for the night. I came back to a rdirty room with no clean towels. Had to walk to the fro t desk at 11pm so my family could shower.
What a cute spot and so close to the historic section of Williamsburg. Check in was so polite and courteous and offered information on dining options. Will definitely be back.
