It was value for money staff was amazing the best option to stay in danang. There infinity pool is amazing breakfast was ok ok for veg people

We are very happy about our stay at santa luxury hotel. Hotel’s location is good easy access to my khe beach tourist streets etc. Facilities and staff are also good value money. Only the room size could be a bit larger.

Poor Stay

They did not provide the early access as we had asked for we had to wait for 5 hours and we had called them a day before our stay and they told we shall provide as soon as possible and they just kept on saying one more hour again n again and made us to check in at 2:00 and the hotel is small not as shown in the picture

Nice hotel with amazing views but no vegetarian food which obviously not available in all hotels in vietnam. Rest the experience is nice

Staff is very polite and courteous. Cleanliness and hygiene is of high standard. Worth the price. Location is excellent. Linn, daisy & rose were very cooperative. Restaurant and food was awesome. Overall a great & pleasant experience.

Neat, clean and spacious rooms. Lots of variety in breakfast. Also walkable distance from the beach. They have outdoor sitting in front of hotel which i like. And best pool.

Lovely sea-facing rooms, the beach is just 300m away. Good buffet spread featuring mostly local cuisine and usual continental fare. The room was clean and had really large towels. Lots of cafes and eateries around to explore. City centre is about 20 mins away. The rooftop pool is the perfect place to relax. No smoking rooms but there are designated areas for smoking. Reasonably priced beer. Staff is helpful and speak english.

The entire stay and the experience was excellent, the entire staff members were very helpful and had positive and responsive attitude all the time. Great service. From check in to check out the entire process was seamless. Superb ambiance and awesome rooms. Great cleanliness. A good breakfast set up however should add more vegetarian options. Must visit place in da nang.
