    The hotel is at the prime location m. Everything about the hotel was nice especially the breakfast buffet and staffs were very friendly 😊

    Room was good and maintained clean by the hotel management team. Also the staffs are friendly and i got a good support for tour, nearby sight seeing places and also for pickup/drop to airport. Once we enter the hotel they gave a detailed description about the city and the tour what we can plan (we have already planned trip at hanoi) in and around hanoi. They gave a wonderful moral support while we stay at the hotel. I should definitely mention the name of the team who supported a lot to me are mr. Tom, mr. David, mr. Vile

    Lovely experience with the hotel. Great staff and perfect location. Very near to nighy markets, shopping street, train street. We enjoyed the stay!
