Our stay at pullman hanoi was comfortable. The location is central and we could reach the opera house and the market places around like the train street or the beer street in no time. The staff there is english speaking warm and hospitable.

The room was full of dust, ac remote- wall mounted one was not working at all dusty rooms poor and late housekeeping no bellboy to get the luggage for checkout waited 30 mins and then took the luggage myself

Stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is bit old property and I found the decor , finishing not up to the mark. The bathroom door, fittings didn’t work properly and shower gel bottles didn’t release the gel on pressing… room ac works fine which is the best part of this hotel. Food is average, buffet spread could have been better for this price.

The hotel, sheets, towels etc. Were neat and clean. Very nice spread in buffet breakfast. Location was closed to embassy area. 30 minutes walk from the main lake area. If you like walking, as we do, the area very close to the hotel wasn’t great for walking. Taxis etc. We’re readily available at all times of the day. For foodies, the restaurants in and around the hotel closed at 11pm. Some snacks available in room service after that. Staff was very courteous and polite.

Staff was really helpful. Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast had many options for vegan as we asked for. Overall our stay was very comfortable at pullman hanoi

Clean, spacious rooms. Hassle free airport transfer. Quick check in, check out process. No sprinkler in washroom (just tissue, lack of dental, shaving kit, comb in room made it few points down. Good location.

Reservation was guaranteed at the time of booking, but on arrival, they had no clue and had to wait 3-4 hours on the road with small kids to look for another hotel. Lapses on the part of mm t as well, with only answer, that they are checking with the supplier and that mm t is very sorry for this experience. And one employee had the audacity to tell me that i at least got the room for the stay, unaware of how and at what price. Terrible experience, though first time with mm t

pullman hanoi’s management is very rigid & wont show the slightest bit of flexibility upon a customer’s request. i was booked there for 10th, 11th & 12th feb 2023 night having paid for a bf inclusive tariff. then i had to repeat book it for 14th & 16th feb night as well which for some reason was a without bf tariff. i had a schedule to check out very early on 13th feb & it was too early for me to have bf. on the contrary i needed to eat bf while i was to check out on my last day there; i.e. on 17th feb 2023 morning. i had ample morning time on that last day. i made this small request & asked them to simply shift my bf from 13th to 17th. but they refused & insisted that they will pack my bf for me on 13th early morning. even that they finally did not do & simply handed over 2 small paper bags & 2 pieces of al foil paper & asked me to do it myself. bad experience from a hotel of this grade…

The location is near (approx 3 kms away) from most of the attractions like church, ta hein corner, old quarter, train street, lake, etc. So it is the best fit in terms of location coupled with the price. Hygiene is of top quality and the staff is very helpful. Food is also nice. Overall nice experience.

The hotel n the staff are great. The property is very good. Rooms are spacious n well maintained. The only point to note is their travel desk may promise you something else and what u get is not something you were promised.
