Warm and courteous staff's always ready to help you. Service is super quick and efficient. Location spot on lots of nearby restaurants walking distance to old quarters. House cleaning is super efficient so are the room services

We had planned a trip to sap a for which we were looking for a property near to railway station. Somerset is a very well managed building and provides serviced apartment. We took a two bedroom. It was a nice apartment and everything was working. Very neat and clean and service was good. Location is very nice and everything is available on short notice

Nice property. Great location, friendly staff and all amenities are right there. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms too and a kitchen. Nicely maintained and we had all that we needed.

Worst service n rude staff

As i have seen the rating accordingly i have booked for my friend family n it was worst experience as friend describes not just that staff also rude as he say. Stop promoting star just like that. We loss money.

We had a very pleasant stay at somerset grand. The rooms were spacious. Our room also got upgraded so we were kind of very happy. The toilets were neat and clean. And very good service. Being vegetarian we thought we would have very less choices in breakfast but we had a lot of choices to eat. Loved every bit of it. Would highly recommend this place.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. I liked everything about the room but there was 1 issue that there is no charging socket provided in the small bedroom. Service was okayish types

We checkout on the same night staff very rude linen we’re not fresh room was not cleaned the worst stay i paid for 4 nights to mm t and had checkout on the very first night even the reception staff were ok what to check out then checkout bot mm t and hotel got their share only i was the one who face loss
