Refurbished, clean and comfortable. Microwave, plates, knives, forks etc. Will stay again

I liked the friendly staff, comfortable bed, own ensuite, allocated a ground floor room to stay in, rear access option, undercover car space & open car space if they were full. Low Budget accommodation that families and pensioners could possibly afford. I didn't like being on a noisy main road however of a night with not much traffic this allowed some sleep.
Room number 1 is closest to River Road, which does get noisy. I would stay here again, provided the room is away from the road.
Great motel, clean, safe, and convenient to everything.

River St road noise was the only draw back.
The room was adequate for what we wanted - we were out early morning and late back every day. Bed comfortable - shower clean - staff very helpful and pleasant.

Room was ok, clean and tidy. Parking was a bit of a challenge, not many car parks available and some selfish clown with a 4wd truck and caravan parked in my spot as well!
We were pleasant surprised by the room as it was a last minute booking and the room was cheap. The room was small but beautifully updated and amazingly clean! No front desk so didn’t deal with staff. A very quiet place to sleep too and comfortable bed. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice motel close to everything & quiet
Air con didn’t work, saw no staff anytime during my stay office locked the whole time. Bathroom smelt like a sewer and tiles must be 50 odd years old some missing in the shower overall a bad experience
Very clean but the room can not access to Wifi, but when i walk out to outside i can use wifi
cheryl.partnerSep 18, 2024 Contactless checkin which was ok but would have preferred a person to talk to. No one in the office if there was an issue on checkin or checkout. Otherwise it was a good renovated motel close to town.
Property is in a good location close to shops ,but is very dated ,stayed in downstairs room with brick walls with a bit of white paint splashed on them also a large steel beam stuck out of the ceiling also TV pointed in a strange direction .
It was a last minute decision to stay in Ballina and this was the cheapest property It was clean and served the purpose for the night
