Its a great Hotel. The location is good too since it is very close to the tram Station. Extremely clean and great. The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was great, had everything we needed. The room also had a separate room/section for you to place your clothes and had an electric kettle with tea, coffee, sugar etc. The fridge and tv worked well too. It was an amazing stay. Loved it!

I had very good experience with Miami Hitel. Location was good. Very close to the tram zone. Staff are helpful. It has a small cafe and the coffee was very good. A number of eateries including an Indian eatery are very close by. Would like to come back and definitely recommend as a budget option in Melbourne.

Excellent everything. Spacious and clean room great staff. Good location. Very good kitchen and staff more than eager to help you out in all the situations. And condition. Very comfortable bed and nice view from the room and great place to stay with family and very alert and efficient reception staff

Nothing really was great about the place. The rooms are way too small. There is no place to move or keep luggage in case you're travelling with more than one suitcase. Best part is there is no elevator so you take the bags up all by yourself since mostly girls are sitting at the front desk. The rooms are too noisy and cramped. Since its on the roadside there is lot of noise of bikes etc in the night.

There were no food served. The staff were very good and friendly. Facilities were quite good. I wanted to extend my stay but there were no available rooms. Hence I had to leave 3 days before than what I actually planned to do. Overall, the hotel is very good and comfortable and plus location is so reachable.
