Terrible Stay

This is the worst room we have ever stayed. Rooms were too small with no door for was room. Washbasin was in the room itself. No basic amenities were there not even water bottles. Wi-Fi and car parking was also chargeable. Room cleaning also didn't happen only towels changed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was really nice from JD's dinner. My allocated room was near the room service work area. So there was a lot of noises. There were unpleasant smell from the exhausts in bathroom. The bathroom wasn't a closed one. It just had curtains. They could at least close it with a glass and curtains.

Wonderful stay, small room but self sufficient for a single person who wants value for money, complete with fridge, microwave and of course electric kettle. Each floor has a kitchen, a washing machine and iron. The staff was nice and helpful.

Around 800 metre from the Bell railway station.
Provides towels, tea bag, coffee, sugar and milk daily.
Changes bedsheets once in 3 days.
No free parking
No free WiFi. It is 20$ per week.
The room keys are digital. The smart cards has to be used even at the lifts.

Close to bell station

Hotel is good for the rate. 1 km from the bell station. There are many restaurants at high street which is 1 km from the hotel. 15 mins walk. There is a bus stop right in front and a tram station at 5 mins walk.

Room is tiny location is perfect and got all facility available within or 500meters of the hotel.
Hotel do provide free transport shuttle to and from City
Hotel staff is very helpful
In short it's perfect place for single traveler or non fussy business men who got to keep his appointment all day and need a clean and comfortable room for a good night sleep

- No WiFi though written on website while booking the rooms online and got a rude reply from the hotel staff that it happens sometimes. Seriously?? - Poor service and turnaround time to our queries. - Dirty carpets. - No microwave in the rooms (Reason: room under maintenance). - Highly non-cooperative staff. - Different coloured lights in the room.

Good for a short stay

The hotel is good but bit unclean. Found milk in fridge was which was already expired. Bit small for some people. But overall, okay for few nights if staying alone and not fussy about king or queen like treatment. Best part is train station and bus stand are 5 mins walk. Also, the market so that you can cook in shared kitchen area. You also get an microwave in the room.

Budget hotel with value for money

It is good value for money. I booked a single room which had TV, AC, a bed for one, small in-built shower and toilet. It is very good deal and value for money. Not ideal for vacation with family. But hey overall as I said, it is a good deal for at such low cost.

Super value for money, in a city like Melbourne. Keep travel to the city properly planned in advance since it is a little far. Overall lovely Hospitality, good facilities, friendly staff. Make sure you do not keep your room key with your mobile phone, failing which your key will get demagnetised and you will be stuck outside the room.
