    Awesome Stay and overall experience

    We stayed in the 1st week of Dec’22. We had a really nice experience. The location is amazing, lake facing view with balconies in almost all rooms. If you are a vegetarian, there aren’t too many options available. Hygiene and safety standards are upto date and all in all a very comfortable stay.

    The hospitality was excellent . Everything was nice from toiletries to amenities provided by the hotel . But they don’t provide a room before 3pm which was quite odd as the check out is strictly at 11am , so they can still provide the room little early on requesting for an early check in . There is only one thing which I didn’t know at the time of booking is that they have three different properties all booked under one name. I booked it after looking at the location which was on the lake and ferry station in 50 metres. But they shifted me to the other building which was little far away from the lake , like almost more than 500 metres away from the lake. But after staying there it was nice .. but these things should be mentioned earlier , so that at least a customer has clearity and can even change hotel if he/she wants to stay on the lake …
