It was excellent. Great location and wonderful view. Breakfast spread was great, we had vegetarian options too. The staff was also very helpful.

Located super close to the main station

Located super close to the main station, few minutes from old town... Location could not have been better. They provided a very good breakfast with plenty of options. Delicious cold cuts, different types of cheese, eggs, coffee... Staff at the reception was a bit indifferent and did not look like they wanted to take any effort to help you with any directions or recommendations.

Nice location. close to main train railway station. staff was courteous. We had requested them to warm our own food which they happily did. Room was spacious but no kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Room was facing main street and was therefore very noisy at night. Overall good stay.

The location is really good, close enough to the city centre and train station. However it is really hot in Innsbruck in the summers and there are no AC in the room. The breakfast is really bad as well. Not flexible about early check in.

The moment we landed I was in love with the city, the best part was hotel, it was located near to station, few minutes walking away so we really did not had to struggle to locate, because after tiring journey you really do not need to take trouble to locate hotel. Staff, food and room was excellent and we came across Pakistani cook and helper who was very nice and kind to guide, also he was excited to share about his meeting with Bollywood celebrities. Must visit.
