Room amenities were average, staff was very laid back and certainly not the kind of service one would expect as a disabled person with special needs. Breakfast wasn’t good enough and repetitive. Staff seemed reluctant in doing their job, doorman didn’t open the door one time in 4 days even after noticing a assisted person walking with help of a cane, breakfast buffet staff wouldn’t help serve anything on the table even for disabled guests unless we requested the manager a few times and the manager was nice enough to assist himself, the junior staff wouldn’t help. Housekeeping needed constant reminders to leave basic amenities like water and other basics like 2 towels instead of 1 and got them rather reluctantly after multiple calls and reminders. All staff had difficulty communicating in english. Disabilities and special needs set aside, the basic fairmont hotel guest experience wasn’t worth the price and deserving of the cost of stay. Seemed like they’re trying too hard to cut costs every way possible and not able to deliver the expected quality of service and stay.

Fairmont name doesn't feel right with this property and staff as many things were looked over and not cared for in detail like when i checked in their were no bath towels second day they didn't leave some. Water

The breakfast was poor. The room service was poor. They didnt have towels in the room. They took 2 days to deliver the same to the room

Super infrastructure. No humanbeing. Fully commercial. No hospitality. We went there at 2. 30 for check in they are asking to wait for half-hour in the lobby. But next day11. 30am they knock the door to vacate.

Our stay at hotel Fairmount flames in Baku was comfortable. Would recommend not to use the tour company located at the hotel as they are extremely expensive compared to what we found outside and used.

Rooms are very nice and maintained well and hotel view point is very good
It was one of my best stay It was beautiful view from room High floor make it very elegant Gym is a one class with swimming pool indoor and outdoor makes it value for money Overall I Am delighted with my stay

Superb structure of the hotel building. It's on a hill and looks gigantic. The light effects at night are mesmerising. Huge rooms. Select only the Caspian Sea facing rooms on higher floors.

Lovely hotel. It's the second best in baku after 4 seasons. It is high on the hill. Funicular ride station is just opposite to the hotel and you can reach the beach in 1 manat. Select the rooms on higher floors and take only sea view rooms. Though you pay more it's mesmerizing. A shopping complex seems to be under construction near the theatre inside the hotel. The refrigerator inside the room is locked and will be opened if you give a deposit of some amount. If you want to use the refrigerator, they will charge amount for emptying it. The manager was kind to have taken our request and emptied the refrigerator. The check in time is 3 pm and you get the room by 2. 00 pm but not earlier. If you reach early by 11 am then you can use the steam sauna bath. Hilton hotel is also of same rate and close to sea but faitmont ranks higher. The rooms here are apex 600 so feet which are double that of hilton superb.
