We had booked for one day and checked in early morning which means still we had 5hours to check out, but the hotel guys weren’t cooperating for room allocation

It is a beautiful hotel and breakfast is taste. Nice service is given by hotal. Bed is also so relaxing. Hotal is near metro station

The location was good. Its perfect spot with every tourist spots nearby. Food was average since there was no much options. The room i had was not that great since there was a bad smell coming from the toilet. I have raised it to the reception multiple times but it was of no help. They have cleaned the room and washroom thoroughly but the smell was still very bad. Since the hotel was fully booked (as per the receptionist) i was unable to change the rooms as well.

Worst hotel for everything you have penalty you can’t use swimming pool it’s chargeable but when i book it was including we broke one glass 40 man-at penalties they took.

Good rooms good bathrooms, nice staff clean and well maintained hotel. Value for money. Breakfast has less choices.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was just okay. While the amenities were decent and the location was convenient, i wouldn't recommend it to travelers or families. The atmosphere didn't quite cater to their preferences, and there were some cultural mismatches that made the experience less enjoyable. For a more suitable stay, i'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I just came from my trip from baku and i had to pay extra charges of 75 mannat as i didn't check in but i wasn't informed about the check in policy. From dubai to baku they didn't ask about the check in but from baku to dubai they did. This isn't right, during my departure i should have been informed about this check in policy. As there is internet issue in baku you could've called me on my number or messaged me. I need a refund for this. Even during booking i wasn't informed about this.
