    Location is very good. Closer to the major attractions in old city. Metro station is also few steps away. Breakfast is just average. Exact same dishes everyday. However, normal food in the restaurant is good room cleanliness is below average. Saw silverfish and some other insects in the wardrobe. Bathroom is also not good, stains in the bowls and often see muddy water when we turn the water faucet for the first time. Door handle in the bathroom was broken. Hot plate was not working. Overall, i didn’t expect such poor quality from a 5 star rated hotel. (i doubt if the rating agency considers all these factors while giving the star rating)
