    Horrible scam hotel, do not recommend

    We were scammed instantly as we arrived as we were told there was an issue with the systems and they couldn’t find our booking even though we showed them all the documents and invoices, they gave our room to someone else and made us stay in a different hotel which we had to walk to. It was dingy and dark, extremely difficult night’s stay there as the room was terrible and small and the bathroom door didn’t close plus there was bad smell all night. They said we will provide a room in the morning after 12. Even though we had booked and paid in advance by a week. Property was located in a tight area, the breakfast buffet was less than average and there were no cleaning services provided when the room was finally given to us. Thoroughly scammed. Absolutely horrible experience.
