    Poor Stay

    The room looked good in photos but was a decent room. The washroom had a horrible smell even when the cleaner came and cleaned it. The google maps of the hotel is also not right which made it difficult for bolt drivers to reach (as few of them didn’t know english)

    Pathetic stay

    Washroom door knob was broken. It got fixed by doing multiple complaints. Staff was not at all co-operative. Never recommended.

    Good Stay

    This hotel is good and most of the employees don't know english due to that reason not behaving properly. The food is good. They do not clean the room daily, not keeping the toilet items like soups and even towels. They have not changed towels daily, we need to ask each and every day. They are not providing water bottles daily. ( 1/2 litre) not cleaning the toilet daily. One morning i was unable to open the from inside the room and called the reception they opened the door from outside. Somehow managed with good memories. Thanks to mmt.

    Excellent Stay

    Although while check in we faced some issue as the hotel manager was not able to my booking and it was late night as well. But after talking with mmt customer care, issue was resolved and we got an alternate stay for one day in other nearby hotel. Rest all was good!
