Good - location and view from the room. Bad - guest experience and hospitality was very bad. There was no heating arrangement in the room and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. You don’t expect that from a 5 star property. Entire night we were feeling cold. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service of the staff was horrible. We reached at 10. 45 am and were told to speed up as the buffet closed at 11 am. When we asked for coffee the waiter showed his watch and told its 10. 55 and they cant serve us coffee. This is the worst service we have ever seen and in 5 star its unacceptable. We were travel-ling for my wife’s birthday and i had requested to do something special while making the reservation. They did nothing. Also for the dinner we had booked a table with a good view. And this time we reached 5 minutes early also. But they gave our table to someone else. The staff should be given some training in hospitality is my only recommendation. Pols look for cheaper options and dint book this hotel

The location is superb. We were family of 9 and we enjoyed stay and the location. The break fast was ok though not overwhelming.

The property is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The restaurant serves delicious food with vegetarian options. The breakfast spread is good. The views from the room is beautiful and the cable car station is almost at the 4th floor of the hotel. The only drawback is their cooling system which is not in english and its difficult to adjust and sometimes it does not work only dra
