Big, cozy & well maintained rooms. Delicious and wide spread breakfast. Do visit the bar n restaurant at the 23rd floor.

Too costly

It’s a five star hotel but with 4 star facilities and service. They tell that all the rooms are full and cannot change the floors/rooms where it doesn’t seem right. I had difficulty getting meeting room booked. Guest service and front desk told that all the rooms are booked but going there to the floor i found it was available for full day. Lack of communication and coordination between departments.

The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your hospitality, and i hope to stay at star hotel again soon.

It’s a good comfortable hotel for say. Located centrally and near many restaurants. Food specially the breakfast was good.
