    1. Hot water kettle not working. Replaced after two days and many reminders. 2. Well electrical socket jutting out freely out of the wall. 3. The hotel arbitrarily blocked our room key since they could not charge the city tax to my credit card due to their system failure. 4. We had to visit their office to reactivate the key since we were locked out. 5. Staff extremely arrogant.
