They even charged us for the heater. Not professional! They could have just told us earlier while booking

Suit was very big like a 2 bhk flat and was clean also but room service was little bit slow.

Bad memory

The hotel is located outside the town area about 4 km from the city. They given us room at 5th floor has no lift from 4th which has no permission also as they stated. Rooms are bigger but walls are very ordinary. Only bedroom floors are covered with a wooden layer. The roof is covered with tin and decorated by plywood. No room heater. Staffs are very rigid about their decision. Totally waste of money and painful staying.

Amma hotel is in good location but the property wants to renovation. Furniture n all accessories like to change.

Hotel is good. Staff are also good. Food is also ok but they are providing tap water as a drinking water. No water purifier is there. As per them tap water is purified water.

Located in the highway, just after entering city. Safe and peaceful place. Spacious rooms had some problems with water supply, but the staff were generous to provide us one more room to use washroom. Had a funny incident that I was stuck in bathroom and escaped from the window.

Rooms was fantastic and super clean. The rooms was pretty big with will amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, water heater etc. The view from the room was beautiful and can also See a small portion of buddha's statue from the room itself. The staff was friendly. We didn't had food.
