The hotel was found closed and locked. I had to find another hotel. It was all terrible. Please make my payment back.

Hotel amenities were not upto the mark in respect of the cost of the rooms. Room heater was of hardly any use. Food was very expensive. Service not at all upto the mark. However, location, cleanliness was good.

Excellent location of the Hotel. In the heart of the capital City Thimphu. In the market and immigration office is just at walking distance. Rooms are excellent and very warm despite very cold weather outside. Staff are also good. However food are so expensive. Thanks Galingkha.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel

I was greeted by warm and courteous staff, leading me to a beautiful, spacious room with good amenities and a great view through its large windows. The food too was excellent.

The location of the Hotel is it's biggest plus point. Town centre, equidistant from immigration and transport hub and also the Town square. The biggest set back is that it's bang on the Road and for a Road facing room, it can become a nightmare. The food quality is good and service is prompt. The big challenge is unavailability of elevators and a proper heating system. The staff is supportive and helpful. A good Hotel, but will not advise for stays. There are other options, probably at equivalent prices in the vicinity.

Central to Town good service

The Hotel is located in centre of Thimphu Town very accessible to local shops and restaurants. Place was clean and well maintained the only issue we had was not much choice in vegetarian food. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Thanks for having us.

Nice Hotel to stay

Nice Hotel with the great location at city center. Room size very good. One can walk Around the City from the Hotel There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Had a comfortable stay

Had a comfortable stay. Wash-rooms were clean and had all modern amenities. Hotel Galingkha is centrally located at the main road with market places at walking distances. Food was OK. Room services were prompt and hotel staffs were happy to help. Overall had a great stay. Room sizes were BIG and had all facilities attached to it. The location of the Hotel was just at the heart of the city with market places in walking distance. The Hotel has a well spread out restaurant/bar. Staffs were very courteous and always happy to help. Special mention for the Hotel Manager who was very hospitable and helpful specially to us who were there for the first time. He even helped us as a guide and took us to Paro for sight seeing making out time from his busy schedule.
