Renovations being done made the second floor dirty. There was a lot of noise from other guests through the walls.
Was expecting better for the price. The motels offer similar service at half the cost.
1. No hand soap or body wash. Was given hair conditioner as a substitute lol. Was told its lathering/conditioning soap. No its not.
2. The patio door does not lock!! I didnt find out until the 3rd night. Luckily no one came into my room.
3. Showers aren’t properly cleaned. The glass had signs of the previous user having a good time….
4. Shower is stupid hot. I realized too not be burned i had to keep it at the coldest it would go.
Looks like they renovated but obviously used a cheap contractor.
For half the price, I’d deal with the issues. At this cost, last hydro one rent the rooms and get yourself a motel room somewhere else.
Nice new renovations, wonderful and helpful staff and a nice quiet area.
Was clean and clean easy to access room
Needed a quick place to stop at after a long day of driving. Wasn’t impressed with the check in, reception wasn’t polite. Room was fine for what it was. Breakfast was bland and hardly any food available since the girl working the front desk was also the cook.
Price was reasonable if all you’re looking for is a bed.

We were staying for an extended stay for a family obligation and had planned on doing laundry and not packing as much clothing. We asked the front desk where the laundry was and they said it was planed for the next few months but did not exist. This property appears to be used largely by contractors in town for work.
I was kicked out of my room because I couldn't get down to the front desk quick enough to extend my stay. I had originally wanted to book and pay for my room for 10 days but was not able to pay for its entirety at time.of check in . My mistake was I thought check out was on Sunday not on Saturday. Saturday morning I get a call from front desk to inform me it was check out. We discussed about extending my stay and we agreed. However due to a significant back injury it was physically difficult for me to even get out of bed and walk down the hall to pay her rightnl then . I told her I needed a few mins to get going. After a short period of time she phoned again and I have informed her of my original intention to stay and pay until end of October I guess I was not moving fast enough for her cause next thing I know police were at my door demanding that I leave immediately. The police were there at 1215. I just found it very rude that she kicked me out so abrupty
The hotel stay was excellent. All service and accommodation was above expectations. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast offered was very pleasing and nicely presented.
Was a little out of the way but good restaurant in walking distance
An older property but it has been renovated very well. Quite clean. Breakfast options could definitely be better

This property has been renovated, it’s simple but clean and fresh. Beds were great. Very reasonably priced. Staff was excellent.
I checked in hours after check in. My room door was propped open and a garbage bag was sitting in front of the door that I had to step over to get in. Dirty towels in the room. Room key randomly stopped working. Weird smell. No elevator.
For the price, it’s great!
Seems newly remodeled. It was perfect for us! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a 9 hour drive home so we left before breakfast so I can’t review it. But, for the price we paid, everything was fine by us. The front desk girl who checked us in was nice and actually laughed when I pretended to sign my name as Justin Bieber. I’d been doing that all over Ontario for a week and she was the first person to realize I was joking. The walls here are thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and our neighbors open and shut the sliding glass door to outside all night long so our sleep wasn’t great, but the neighbors running around all night really isn’t the hotels fault.
You could tell they had renovated recently. Very clean and the breakfast was also pretty good. Rooms are a little small and not a lot of counter space in the bathroom but overall very nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again if staying in the area.
In general the property shows well and looks inviting . The walls are very thing and the room was very noisy the Neighbors conversation could be easily heard. At breakfast the food was not monitored nor was it replaced in a timely fashion . The garbage's were overflowing and there were no lids for the coffee cups
The room was clean looking but the smell hit me as soon as I walked in. Smelled like someone had smoked in that room for years. Hallways were the same. Had to go and get air freshener at store to try to keep the smell away. Closed bathroom door do to strong buildup of old musty smoke smell. Repeated throughout the night.
Friendly efficient staff, breakfast is included, it is mostly all bread, muffins and cereal, so not great if you have allergies. Thankfully there is a Superstore close by!
