Very good location and friendly staffs and all shops near walking distance perfect stay for a visit. The rooms are neat and clean no complaints

Stayed for 10 nights and all the services from checkin, restaurant and bar was excellent. Will definitely consider coming back again.

We both liked hot oatmeal, potatoes, bread, fried beans as these was the options available during breakfast for vegetarians. The breakfast area was neat and clean.

Do not waste time and money on this hotel

In short: 1. Very poor inexperienced staff, they don't know how to greet and provide hospitality. We stood almost 20 minutes outside the hotel but nobody came to pick up our baggage despite reminding them many times. Finally, we ourselves carry the baggage to the reception. 2. Room service is very poor, they will just make the bed nothing else, room keeps in dirty situation specially in the corner. 3. They provide you a coupon for breakfast, and when you step into the breakfast hall, executives there will not say good morning but ask you for the coupon as that is his first priority. 4. Room size is very small, and they have a very congested step, you even can't walk properly in the hotel room. 5. The bed is not at all comfortable. 6. We were very disappointed when we got to know that we have to go to the gym area to fill up our water bottle, they don't supply water bottle with room and no room service for water.

The experience was quite average as the expectations weren't met. The room service didn't even refilled water bottles daily basis and had to be reminded several times. Room service was pathetic as even after requesting for help with coffee machine no one actually showed up however was been assured over phone that someone would be sent soon to fix the issue. The breakfast was quite ordinary with same repeated stuffs everyday. It was not at all satisfying compared to the price I paid.
