Nice 5 star hotel

Booked for 3 beds get only 2 beds. We complaint to reception at the Pan Pacific Xiamen they said they will call back 10 min. We did not get any response. Neither we pressed them for any up gradation or discount. Breakfast is free but only for 2 person, despite for booking for 3 persons they said need to pay additional for another person. Overall 4 star rating I will give.

It is a five star property and hence they should have multi cousins food. Indians especially are not so comfortable with Chinese food. I would suggest if they can have an Indian chef on special request on temporary basis. Otherwise the facility is great.
