There is no air conditioning. Opened the windows and it is fine as the night temperatures are cooler in September. Not sure I will book in hot summer months. Otherwise very nice location and well maintained hotel.
The freshly renovated hotel is situated in the old town aware and is just a short walk from the old town shopping streets and of course, the Krumlov castle. Due to the extreme flooding, we were advised against the parking that was included in our stay. We were, however, offered a pick up and drop off service to any of the city parking which (P2 & P5) are a short walk away from the hotel. The deluxe room was on the top floor and was clean, homely and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. Due to the fact we were in an attic room, the shower was difficult to use but given the age of the building and just for a short stay, it was manageable. The breakfast was great. A large assortment of meats, fish, cereal, fruit and drinks.

donald d.partnerJul 07, 2024 We arrived very late (after midnight) but we notified the hotel ahead of time and the security guard had room keys ready for us. This is a small idyllic town and the hotel in on the main town square so the location is very good. We were on the 3rd (top floor) and had a nice view of the castle out of albeit very small roof windows. Parking is charged by the hotel at a public parking lot but its a solid 10-15 min walk from the hotel due to the nature of the towns location. The hotel staff offered to to take us to the hotel parking on checkout, which saved us from having to drag bags 15 min to parking lot. Highly recommend getting to hotel in daylight hours to make the parking experience a little more enjoyable. The hotel does not have a lift. They did service a nice breakfast. We had a bit of trouble reserving the room directly on their site (cc not accepted) but were able to book on Expedia. Upon checkout, they said everything was paid but then 1/2 way to the parking lot, called the driver and had him return us to pay the bill - so that whole process was a bit confusing.
humayun.familyJul 02, 2024 We had a very good stay. Hotel is in the middle of old town and walkable to all sites. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They offer complementary drop off to local train station which is a plus as there is no Uber and bus service would not be convenient. And the room was air conditioned, clean, updated and had very nice Ritual ( Dutch brand ) toiletries.
Excellent location and good access to nice restaurants.
Free shuttle to bus station, friendly staff will carry luggage upstairs since there is no lift.

The hotel is very central , you can’t access by car but hotel car came to pick us from a reachable point

My room was in third floor with no elevator and you have to take your luggage up
My room was modern, well equipped and clean but it was on two levels, with a very elevated wood bar in the floor, I stumbled in it accidentally and that is serious in the dark

Great location right on the square. Parking is off site but you’re allowed to drive into the pedestrian zone to drop off your bags. Excellent breakfast and dinner options
